Performing Arts As An Important Part Of Education

A History of Excellence

Prodigy School of the Arts has a history of helping students discover the joy of participating in the arts and developing their natural musical talents. We provide lessons in all instruments, dance and acting. We are a licensed Kindermusik teaching location. We use Kindermusik to prepare preschool students for the discipline of taking music classes. During our 16 year history, we have found our best students began with Kindermusik and have gone on to become multi disciplined musicians and performers.

Prodigy has begun a local business outreach to help our students gain experience in real world performance. Our students have been featured in such businesses as Margarita’s Cafe as part of their commercials. Since performing is only one aspect of a well rounded student, Our future goals include setting up relationships with local Senior Living Centers to connect students and seniors. Through these efforts Prodigy students will become excellent citizens as well as performers.

Our Philosophy is centered on the belief that every child is creative. It is important that artists be supported by family, teachers, and the community. Speaking of how he came to his discovery of the theory of relativity, Einstein said, “I discovered it through music.” Our future depends on the Arts!

Everything about our services

Our philosophy explained

We believe that all children have an abundance of creative energies and that when those energies are tapped, the results yield a more complete child. Our goal is to teach them analytical skills they will use throughout life.
