Prodigy Dollars

Prodigy Dollar

Earn Prodigy Dollars By Practicing

We’ve introduced a new form of currency at Prodigy! Prodigy Dollars are a way for students to earn a reward for all their hard work of practice and performance. In addition to performance incentives, students will earn dollars towards some amazing prizes. Teachers will have dollars and will award them to students based upon how well they are doing in class. Had homework? Bring it in correctly done & yes, you’ll earn dollars.

Winning Contests Will Earn You Prodigy Dollars

As some of you know, there will be different contests during the school year. Want to pile up money toward an item in our Prize List? A great way to do it is to win the contest and earn some of the more valuable dollars. It’s easy to do and you’ll have fun doing it.

What Can I Buy?

You can use these dollars to purchase anything for sale at Prodigy. Buy music books, instruments, t-shirts, and more.  Students can use Prodigy dollars to purchase prizes on the Prodigy Dollar Prize List. A regular Prodigy Dollar is worth 1/5th of a dollar. There are also other special Dollars with higher values!

Available at Both Prodigy Locations

The Prodigy Dollar is a form of currency accepted only at Prodigy School of the Arts across both of our locations. Mostly teachers will be awarding these dollars to worthy students. In the case of our contests, awards will be given as directed by the contest rules and the Director.

We’re looking forward to seeing students develop their saving skills and win valuable prizes with this new program. The more dollars they win, the better their instrumental, vocal or dance performance will be. Attached is a pdf that details prizes students can win with their Dollars.

****PARENTS: Make sure students don’t lose their dollars. They cannot be replaced if lost.****
